補欠選挙分析をしてみました。
（　）内は民主党と自民党に限った得票率

神奈川補欠選挙(投票率28.67%)
民主党：1010175(56.03%)
自民党： 792634(43.97%)

静岡補欠選挙(投票率35.64%)
民主党：567374(58.36%)
自民党：404763(41.64%)
参考として衆議院選挙時の小選挙区得票の合計

神奈川１～１８区（６区は自民党立候補者無しのため除く）
民主党：2194916(55.24%)
自民党：1778461(44.76%)

静岡１～８区
民主党：1132488(58.52%)
自民党： 802719(41.48%)

投票率は低いですが、得票率に大きな差は見られないですね。

Shizuoka 1-8 electoral zones
DPJ：1132488(58.52%)
LDP： 802719(41.48%)

DPJ won, however, the big difference to a vote tally rate is not seen.
